The Human Resources Committee advises Council on staffing policies at the University including grading and salary structure at all levels, provision of staff fringe benefits as well as other terms and conditions of service including but not confined to employment tenure, retirement age, code of conduct, staff grievances, and disciplinary, redundancy and termination policies.
