Finance Committee
Summary of Functions
The Finance Committee oversees and advises Council on all matters related to the financial operations of the University and its subsidiaries, including the setting of financial strategy and budget, financial statements. It reviews for the Council’s approval key financial matters of the University, including but not limited to issues of its investment and liquidity, income and expenditure, group structure, and borrowings and cash management.
