Audit Committee
Summary of Functions
The Audit Committee monitors the performance of the University in providing value for money in its operation. It recommends for Council’s approval the selection and appointment of internal and external auditors, and matters in relation to risk management of the University. On an independent stance, the Audit Committee also reviews adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls of the University.
